There was a quote from Nancy Pelosi on the Peer To Peer Interview in the How To Lead audiobook by David M Rubenstein that resonated with me.

The Limitless Leader must look to surround herself with a diverse team. Different point of views will lead to a better understanding of the problem and allow for multiple creative problem solving ideas.

At the same time, the diversity must not destroy the Unity. If team members are not aligned on the direction, the execution will not be efficient and the results will not be as expected.

Once the decision is made from the input of the diverse team, the Limitless Leader most important task is to unite the members into the direction of that decision.
