How Limitless Leaders handle criticism

The Limitless Leader in her journey is bound to receive criticism.

“The opinions of other people aren’t always correct, and while some criticism may be constructive, in some cases it’s merely destructive,”

As the Limitless Leader seeks debate to get to an elevated truth, how does he distinguish from the constructive critic and the destructive one.
This is the process I have used so far to handle criticism in my Limitless Leader’s journey. Going from Ds to As.
Deny - be aware that your first reaction to criticism is to actually deny it.
Deflect - know that you will deflect any critic coming your way. You will point fingers to another department, a teammate, the government, etc.
Defend - observe that you will get into a defensive stance to defend your idea, your approach, your rational.
You may respond with all of the above manners or you may only use one stance or two stances. The key is to keep those thoughts internally, to be aware of them in you mind but not to voice them to the critics. Once you have internalized the above, the next step is to move these Ds to As.
Authority - determine the level of authority of the critic in the area they are criticizing you on. Evaluate the level of expertise they possess on the subject on a scale of 1 - 10. This evaluation will allow you to determine how intensely you should listen to what they have to say.
Acceptance - further to the Authority you have assessed, you must moved toward the Acceptance of what they have to offer. You may not necessarily agree, but you must accept that their comments come from a place of knowledge/expertise
Action - the final step is for you to decide what to take action on. You will adjust/correct accordingly to the feedback you have received and measure the impact of the actions you have taken. Because at the end of the day, you are accountable for the results you have create.
