I would say both. Passion as you may know from its Latin root Passio which means suffering

There are many challenges faced by the world and the restaurant industry these days.

With the economic and geo political turmoil, more than ever, Humanity needs to elevate its Leadership Lid.

John’s mentorship along with other historical figures ( Marcus Aurelius, Jesus Christ, Buddha, Lao Tzu to name a few ) help elevate my lid.

Believing that the rising tide lifts all boats, I would share that my passion lies into growing me to inspire others and elevate leaders.

My Purpose and my Passion are not tied to titles but rather can be found in all the roles and responsibilities I have chosen to take on.

I am grateful to be surrounded by passionate teammates, dedicated franchisees and insightful senior leaders. I am equally Grateful to have Family who are Friends and Friends whom I call Family.
