One of the laws of leadership John Maxwell shared is the  Law Of The picture.

As Limitless Leaders, we understand that the speed of the team is the same as the speed of the leader. 

Since we aim to deliver results, we move most often at warp speed. We also know that we must keep track of our teammates’ health and capacity to move at warp speed so they do not burnout. Because we care, we will them to ensure they take time for themselves and make sure they watch out for their health.

But what is it that we do? Are we taking care of ourselves? 

If you send emails at 10:00pm to be effective, you may be unwittingly setting up expectations for your teammates to do the same. 

Remember John’s Law of The Picture, people do what people see.

On your Limitless Leader Journey consider this; as much as you plan for your work time, also plan for your play time. Be overprotective of this play time and ensure your teammates see that too. 

Some of us may be heading into a weekend, so let’s make sure as Limitless Leaders we take this protected time to rest, reboot and restore. That way, we can ensure our teammates will do the same and therefore be more productive in the long run.
