You are what you Continuously Think.

You are not forgetful if you forget one thing. You are forgetful when you forget continuously.

You are what you Consistently Do.

You are not messy if your room gets messy. You are messy if your room is continuously messy.

As Limitless Leaders, we aim to perform to our best selves. Those we lead also aim to perform at their top levels. However, the Limitless Leader inherently knows that there is an ebb and flow within all things.

She understands that while you aim to perform to your best self, there are days and times where you will be full throttle and other times when you are flat. Those flat moments do not define us as long as it is not something we continuously perform at.

So, the Limitless Leader will forgive himself when he misses from time to time. He understand that it is part of the Journey, he knows to self reflect and determine the why/what/how his performance was not top notch and corrects.

Since the Limitless Leader understands this Ebb & Flow of performance within herself, she is supportive of the people she leads when their performance is subpar. She goes into full coach mode to help them understand the why/what/how of their performance and helps them readjust accordingly.

In matters of performance towards results, the Limitless Leader consistently targets the High Way but will sometimes giver herself some Leeway.
