We Are All Flawed

Where does this thirst of perfection come from?
A look into our current education system provides a clue. We have been programmed to look into our performance with a set of scores within which there exists a perfect score.
You scored 100 in your last exam, wonderful job!!!
Doest this lead us to achieve a mindset of growth, a mindset of achieving the impossible?
After all, what is there over 100?
The Limitless Leader understands that they have been born flawed on the onset. They have observed that not all Human Beings were born equal in their strengths and weaknesses. Hence the journey they embark on is one of learning and growth, independent of how they perform against another human being; rather how they progress within themselves.
They know that reach for perfection is a fool’s errand. However the pursuit of it helps them progress towards achieving the impossible. The Limitless Leader defines Impossible for themselves and some will define it within the world they live in. Some will say it is impossible for me to run 10 Km and yet set their mind to progress towards that. Others will say that it may seem impossible to solve our climate change issue and yet they will set a course to achieving that.

The Limitless Leader’s Journey is a personal one. They know when embarking upon it, they need to lead themselves first before they lead others and then lead leaders. They know that the Journey’s pillars rest upon Courage, Compassion, Justice and Wisdom They know the Journey is filled with high mountain tops and deep valleys. They understand within the Journey they are flawed, they will fail and that is ok. However, they are committed to getting back up, learning and progressing towards their defined worthy goals.
