Some Limitless Leaders lessons do not require much explandation and dissertation. In my experience most lessons are best taught via a story, so here it is.

Jeff Bezos shared this story from the beginning of Amazon in David Rubenstein’s book How To Lead. 

He was packing boxes on the floor and his knees hurt. He turned to the  person he was working with and said they should invest in knee pads. 

The person said no they did not need knee pads but more like packing tables. 

Bezos told him it was a much better idea and he proceeded to purchase the tables and it double their productivity. 

Limitless Leaders don’t get attached to their ideas and are opened to recognize better ideas.
