Kangkor™ Group respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through kangkorgroup.com, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

What we collect

  • Information you give us through our contact form: your name, email address and message.
  • Information you give us when you book a Clarity Call: your name, email address and any details you add to the booking.
  • Your email address if you subscribe to The Optilist Leader Signal™ newsletter.
  • Your answers if you take the Execution Gap Check.
  • Basic technical information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as pages viewed and browser type.

Why we collect it We use your information to reply to you, to schedule and hold the calls you book, to send you the newsletter you asked for, to share your Execution Gap Check results, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it for us We use trusted service providers to run the site and our communications: Kajabi (website and forms), Calendly (bookings), beehiiv (newsletter), Tally (Execution Gap Check) and Google Workspace (email). Some of these providers store information outside Québec, including in the United States. We choose providers that protect personal information appropriately.

How long we keep it We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Your rights You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw your consent, or ask us to stop using it. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Commission d'accès Ă  l'information du QuĂ©bec.

Cookies The site uses cookies that it needs to work, and cookies that our website platform, Kajabi, uses to count visits and page views. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add any, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
